A Points Store allows users to purchase products through a points based program rather than a currency system.
Note: Everything on the store side will be reflected as points, everything in the administrative area will reflect as a dollar value.

Activate Points
- Access the Features page.
- Click into the Features section.
- Toggle the Points switch on.
Set Points Conversion Rate
For example: if a products price is set to $5 dollars in the admin, and the point conversion rate is 10, the product would then cost 50 points.
- Access the Settings Page.
- Click Checkout Options.
- Enter the Points Conversion Rate you wish to use. (Enter 1 if you want $1.00 dollar to equal 1 point). The point conversion formula is as follows: Points Conversion Rate x Product Base Rate = Points Price displayed on storefront (rounded up to nearest dollar).
- Click Save to save changes.

Adding Points to an Individual User's Account
Account balance adjustment are made in dollars and will be converted to points on the store front.
- Access the Users & Groups page.
- Click Users tab.
- Click the pencil (edit) icon for the user you wish to give points to.
- Access the Account Balance section of the user's account.
- Select SET, CLEAR, ADD or SUBTRACT from the drop-down.
- Enter a dollar amount in to the $ field. Dollars will be converted to points on the store front.
- Click Make Adjustment.
- Click Save to submit changes.
Adjusting Points for Multiple Users at Once
The Update New Users and Update Existing Users features can be used to adjust account balances in mass.
Account balance adjustment are made in dollars and will be converted to points on the store front.

Points on the Account Balance Report
You can use the Account Balance Report located under the Reports tab to keep track of user account balances and usage.

- Access the Reports page.
- Click into the Account Balance section.
- Click the Filters link, to display report filtering options.
- Show as Points - This setting will convert the format from displaying as currency to points and vice versa.
- Click run search to display the report.
- The report is displayed below the filtering options.
- Export Report - Click this button to export the report.
