This article walks through running the Account Balance Report, which allows you to gather information on user account balances. You can also use the account balance report to gauge activity on an account balance used between a specific span of time. For example, if you need to see users who users their balances after a Q1 account balance reset, you can apply date filtering to see the total balances reset/increased, and decreased by placing orders during a period of time. This can also be used on conjunction with the custom report to then isolate specific orders that had account balance as a method of payment.
