Test the Ordering Process |
The best ways to check if your store is ready to launch is to process test orders. In doing so, you can verify the store meets your client’s requirements. You do not need to click on “place order now” to check most of the items below. |
The exception to this is if you want to verify credit card processing. If credit cards are a payment method, we recommend placing an order, for which you will need to use an actual credit card. Once complete, you can refund the credit card by canceling the order. |
Products, Product Options, Categories |
Verify all the products appear as required by your client. Check the categories, prices, product options, and logos. |

Payment Methods |
Verify all required payment methods are displayed on the checkout page. If using a payment gateway account for the first time, place a test order and have your Accounting Department ensure funds go to your business bank account. |
