Access Notification Options
To start, access the Notification Options.
- Access the Settings page.
- Click into the Notification Options section.
Order Confirmation Emails
By default, Order Confirmation emails are sent to the shopper when they submit an order. You can also add email addresses to receive a copy of the order confirmation, customize the from name, and customize the from e-mail address for order confirmation emails.
3. Order confirmation BCC E-mails - The email addresses that should be BCC’ed when an order confirmation is generated by the system. Input an email address and hit 'ENTER' on your keyboard to add it into the list.
4. Order confirmation SMS numbers - With SMS activated, Order Confirmation Emails can be sent via text. If you would like to configure SMS Notifications, please see this article.
5. Order Confirmation to Billing E-mail - Enable to send a copy of the Order Confirmation Email to the Billing E-mail on the order.
6. Order Confirmation to Shipping E-mail - Enable to send a copy of the Order Confirmation Email to the Shipping E-mail on the order.
7. Save - Click to save changes.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Shipping confirmation emails are generated manually when you click send shipping confirmation in the Orders section of the admin area. You would send this out when you’re ready to mark an order as shipped and provide the shopper their tracking number, ship method, and ship date. The shopper's email address will receive this confirmation when it is generated, but you have the ability to also send these emails to the billing and shipping email addresses the shopper provides when checking out.
8. Shipping Confirmation to Billing E-Mail - Enable to send a copy of the Shipping Confirmation Email to the Billing E-mail on the order.
9. Shipping Confirmation to Shipping E-Mail - Enable to send a copy of the Shipping Confirmation Email to the Shipping E-mail on the order.
10. Save - Click to save changes.
From Email and From Name Display
11. From name - The name that will appear on the Order Confirmation Email.
12. From e-mail - The email that the Order Confirmation is sent from. Keep in mind if you enter a custom from e-mail you may need to review this article to ensure your client can still receive a copy of the confirmation email.
13. Save - Click to save changes.
E-Mail Subject Lines
14. User confirmation e-mail subject - Subject line for the Confirmation Email, sent to users when they are added to the store without a password. See more on Confirmation Emails here.
15. Reset password e-mail subject - Subject line for Password Reset email, sent when user selects forgot password on login page.
16. Welcome e-mail subject - Subject line for Welcome Email, sent to user when they are added to the store with a password and when Send Welcome Email setting is turned on. See more on Welcome Email here.
17. Save - Click to save changes.
User Account Confirmation Emails
A Confirmation Email will be sent to users when they are added to the store without a password. This includes when they are added manually or uploaded in bulk, via a spreadsheet. The Confirmation Email instructs the shopper to confirm their email address and setup a password.
Here’s what it looks like when a user receives the confirmation email:

User Account Welcome Emails
A Welcome Email is automatically sent to the user when they are added to the store with a password and only if the Send Welcome Emails setting is enabled (see below). This includes when they are added manually, self-register on the storefront or uploaded in bulk, via a spreadsheet. The Welcome Email contains a link to the store and lets the shopper know that an account has been made for them. We do not send the password to the shopper; that information would need to be supplied to them outside of our system.
18. Send welcome e-mails - Enable to send a Welcome Email to a user who was added to the system with a password.
19. Save - Click to save changes.

Email Receipt Troubleshooting
If you or your end user are having issues receiving emails generated by our system, you may want to ensure emails are not being blocked using this article.
