Multiple Logo Locations

With Virtual Samples activated, you have the ability to hotspot multiple logo locations. This allows you to create co-branded items, and/or, offer multiple logos to appear in different locations.

This functionality with defining logo locations is ONLY available with Virtual Samples and NOT Virtual Logos.

Set Up All Required Locations

1. Access the Products & Categories section.
2. Click into the Logo Management tab.
3. Click Locations.
4. Click the blue New Location button.
5. Location Name - Enter the name of this location.
6. Justification - Choose from the dropdown how you want it to be justified.
7. Save - Click to save changes.

Add more locations as necessary by clicking New Location button and repeating steps 5-7.

Set up Locations in Products

1. Navigate to Products & Categories.
2. Click the Products tab.
3. Click the Pencil (edit) button to edit this product.

1. Click into the Logo Locations tab.
2. Enable Logo Locations - Toggle on.
3. Enabled - Toggle these on if you want this location enabled for this product.
4. Charge for Logo - Toggle these on to charge an additional fee for these logos.
5. Required - Toggle these on if these logos are required for every shopper. To mass activate all check boxes under a column, check the box next to the column header name.
6. Save - Click to save changes.

Set Up Locations in Virtual Samples

The Virtual Samples feature must be activated, in order to hotspot multiple logo locations. Click here for more information on Virtual Samples.

1. Click the Virtual Samples tab.
2. Enable Virtual Samples - Toggle on.
3. Open Virtual Samples Designer - Click to open.

Hotspot Product Image

1. Images tab - If you have more than one image , they will appear here. Click on the image you wish to hotspot.
2. Objects tab - Here are your previously set up Logo Locations.
3. Size of image - click and select a view that is smaller/larger.
4. Click a Logo Location name to drag and drop it onto your image. Use the squares surrounding the logo to adjust the size/rotate.
5. Preview Options - Select a logo to preview how it will look on the image.
6. Apply - Click to save changes.

Make sure to hit "save" for this specific item as well after you have hit Apply .

You can use logo permissions to control which logo images appear for each location, if needed. These changes can be made under Logo Management then Logos. Click here for more information on Logo Management.
