This tutorial will go over setting up product level origin addresses. This functionality allows you to specify origin addresses (for different locations), then assign those to individual items (e.g. you have Pens shipping from a warehouse in New Jersey but T-Shirts are shipping from a warehouse in Florida). These will be used in the event you have integrated shipping rate estimates provided (by FedEx, UPS, and USPS), and/or if you are using integrated sales tax calculation with Avalara.

Notes
- Using USPS Legacy Rates in conjunction with multiple product specific origin addresses may result in the shopper not being able to checkout properly.
- The shipping costs are calculated per item location to the shopper's ship-to address, then added together at checkout.
- Example: Item A is shipping from 80202 in Colorado, and Item B is shipping from 66546 in Kansas. The shopper enters a ship-to address of 92618 in California; then the cost of shipping Item A to California, and the cost of shipping Item B to California is added together and the total cost is displayed at checkout.
- If you are utilizing the Avalara sales tax integration in conjunction with multiple product specific origin addresses, Avalara will return the sales tax amounts BASED on the origin address for each item.
- Items can only be assigned 1 specific origin address.
