'OneSource by OMG' Supplier Product Data for Company Stores

OneSource by OMG provides high-quality, order-ready product data from hundreds of top suppliers. Our OneSource product data is PromoStandards-compliant and validated by the industry's only 400-point quality check to ensure that data is accurate, standardized, and of the highest quality.

Adding 'OneSource by OMG' Products to Company Stores

1. Go to the Products & Categories tab when editing a store, then Product Copy
2. In the Product Copy Search results, a new filter will appear labeled OneSource by OMG (the default is 'All')
3. Enter the desired product style number/SKU in the Product Search bar
4. The supplier name will appear to the right of the product (Note: If a product has multiple suppliers, it will appear more than once in the product listing)
5. If there is inventory associated with a product, a blue cube icon will appear to the right of the supplier name. The inventory tab will also be visible..
6. Select the product by clicking it and dragging and dropping it to add it to your store in the section labelled Store Categories (product data includes sizes, colors, blank images, and weights*)

Here's where you will find OneSource products within the Product Copy Search results.

Here's an example of a OneSource product with the Product Vendor permanently assigned. If you find that a Product has two different Vendors, you'll need to ensure to copy the correct Product from the correct Vendor.

Reminders

• The Track Inventory and Allow Negative will not function for these Products since these are considered Vendor Managed Inventory. Additionally, in-stock levels will not display on the store-front for shoppers. If you're wanting a Product that you can control the on-hand levels of Inventory, using a non-OneSource Product to complete the Product Copy is recommended.
• If multiple vendors offer the same SKU/style number, a product may appear more than once in the Product Search listing.
• If there is inventory associated with a product, a blue cube icon will appear to the right of the supplier name. The inventory tab will also be visible.
• Make sure to review and update the Setup, Product Options, and Images tabs within the OneSource product, as you normally would with supplier products.
• OneSource product data is now available on both the Pop-up Stores solution, as well as our Company Stores solution!

• Previous PromoStandards Products are still accessible underneath the 'All' section in the Product Copy Search. However, we recommend using OneSource products whenever possible to ensure you have access to the highest-quality product data available to you.
