This tutorial will go over how to set up the “Order Grid” feature for product options.
When activated, this will create a grid with two of your product options which will allow the user to input multiple quantities for the different product option types. With this feature activated, the user does not have to click back to the product each time after they have added products to their cart.
Firstly, keep in mind since this will change the design of how your product options appear, you will want to make sure that you have most up-to-date theme downloaded.
If your site was created PRIOR to 3/9/2017 you will need to update your theme or you can reach out to our art department at for assistance. If your site was created on, or after this date, then you may proceed with the steps below.

Set Up Order Grid
Access the product you want to modify.
- Access the Products & Categories section.
- Verify you are on the Products page.
- Click the pencil (edit) icon for the product you want to set up.
Next, access the product option you want to modify, for that product.
- Click into the Product Options section.
- Click the pencil (edit) icon for the first product option you want to have on the grid.
Enable the Multiple Quantity Option
For two product options, enable the Multiple Quantity option.
- Navigate to the Option Setup tab.
- Toggle on the Multiple Quantity option.
- Click to Save Changes.
* Follow these steps for a second product option.
*NOTE: The order of your product options dictates which one is on the horizontal axis and which product option is on the vertical axis. In the example below, color is on the horizontal axis and size is on the vertical axis. So the first product option will be on the horizontal axis, whereas the second product option will be on the vertical axis.*

Now when you go to the storefront for this product, you will be able to see a grid where the shopper can enter multiple values for different color/size combinations. This makes the ordering process much more efficient if they have multiple colors and sizes they need to choose for a specific product.
