Request a Sample

The Request a Sample feature allows the shopper to request a sample of the product from the distributor.

Enable the Request for Sample Feature

1. Access the Settings page.
2. Click into the Store Options section.
3. Enable Request for Sample - Toggle switch to enable.
4. Request for Sample Emails - Type email address(es) that will receive this notification.
5. Save - Click to save changes.

After the user selects Request Sample, a modal window will appear with a form allowing the shopper to input their contact name and shipping address information.
