It will state "This change is going to prevent auto price recalculation, i.e. when a quantity discount or price modifier is applicable."* and you need to click Confirm to proceed with making changes to the Purchase Price.
- Then you can set the purchase Price for the line item to the value you require, and after clicking out of the field (or hitting ENTER on your keyboard), changes will be automatically applied. You can see a graphic/screen-cast of that here.

Editing an order:
Will adjust inventory and recalculate taxes (except for Tax Cloud).
Will not impact any payment methods used (no payment will be refunded or charged).
Will not adjust or recalculating shipping costs.
Will not impact any virtualization.
Gift Certificate products cannot be edited. - Click Confirm after checking the box labelled "I understand that deleting an item cannot be undone."
Removing an item impacts sales tax calculated, will adjust inventory if inventory is tracked, and may show a positive or negative Outstanding Balance on the order.
Edit Setup charge

- Then type in the new Setup charge value.

Notes
- You cannot undo/revert changes that you have made to an order. The only option would be (for example) manually un-doing your change (i.e. if you accidentally changed an item's quantity, then you can manually change that again).
- When deleting a line item from the order, you will need to confirm that change before the item is removed.
- As of now line-item refunds/credits cannot be processed. If you delete an item from the order and your user paid by credit card, that will need to be manually credited within your gateway provider's account. If the user paid for the order with account balance, you can adjust their balance as you require.
- The cost of shipping will NOT be updated automatically if you increase/decrease the number of units ordered by the shopper.
- When changing Quantity of items ordered, IF the item has quantity discounts, and you increase the quantity to hit the price-break discount, it will be automatically applied. This is ONLY the case as long as you have not manually edited the Purchase Price for the item.
- If an order has been requested via API and then edited, the edits will not automatically relay to the order details requested via API. The order will need to be re-requested via API to account for updates.
