Custom Store Favicon

Custom Store Favicons can be added by our art team upon request. Please fill out this form to have the art team look into adding your custom favicon. When filling out the form, please provide:

• The image file in square dimensions of 310px by 310px
• .png file with transparent background unless you would like the background to appear (.jpg/.jpeg works, but the background color will be included)
