When should I call?
If you’re uncertain if a change you need made requires contacting our Support Team by phone, here are some pointers on when a call is needed, or a call needs to be scheduled with someone on our Support Team.
Q: I need the billing account updated with new information, or I need to have an invoice amended, how do I do this?
A: Our Billing Support team works separately from our Company Stores Support team, so for access to the Billing platform, and updates to your invoices that you receive from OrderMyGear, you'll want to reach out to them at brightstoresbilling@ordermygear.com
Q: I need to create a new Organization level User for an Admin, and I get a red error banner that states 'You don't have access to this page' when I go to Users & Groups, what do I do?
A: We do not create new Admin users for your Organization on your behalf, so an Admin User with the Organization Owner designation will need to create this new User. Please keep in mind that only one is allowed per Organization.
Q: I need the Organization Owner updated, how do I do this?
A: Call our Support Team to let us know you need your Organization Owner updated. The analyst will take down your contact information and follow-up with you on next steps.
Q: I need to change ownership of my Company Stores organization/store(s) to another business, how do I do this?
A: Call our Support Team to let us know you need ownership* of your account updated. The analyst will take down your callback information and one of our Support Seniors will follow-up with you on scheduling this. (*=for change of ownership requests, we require both the current and new owners to be present during the call.)
Q: I currently only have Company Stores, and would like to talk to someone about getting another one of OrderMyGear's solutions, who should I speak to?
A: Company Stores Support won't have all the information for cases like this, but contacting us by phone or email if you don't know who your Client Success Manager is will be the best way for us to provide you with next steps.
