[Final Notice] Bright Sites System Maintenance - Company Store Levels

Dear Bright Sites Customers, 

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the best Company Store experience possible, we will be enhancing the Bright Sites system starting TONIGHT, September 19th, at 10:00 p.m. MTN, please allow up to six hours of downtime.

After the deployment completes, you'll notice an updated dashboard with three store levels and add-on features: Advanced Store, Basic Store, and a Catalog Site.

Advanced Store: An Advanced Store will be much like what you currently experience in Bright Sites with features to manage large or robust Company Store programs. All of your existing Bright Sites Stores will be Advanced Stores. 

Basic Store: A Basic Store will have standard shopping cart and checkout features specific to our industry. 

Catalog Site: A Catalog Site displays the products. Product requests go directly to your email. There's no shopping cart, checkout, or orders placed in a Catalog Site.

In addition to the rollout of store levels, we will also complete various performance enhancements and bug fixes.
