Dear Bright Sites & Co-Store Customers,  

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the best Company Store experience possible, we will be updating the email server system starting Saturday, August 19th, at 7:00 p.m. MTN. This update may take up to two hours. 

Please Note: 

During this timeframe, e-mail communication sent from Bright Sites or Co-Store will not go out or will be delayed. This includes order confirmations and shipment notifications. 

If you are expecting orders during this timeframe, please be sure to log in to the administrative area to check for new orders. Note that users will be able to place orders - storefronts and the administrative area will continue to function.

We recommend NOT setting up new user accounts or sending shipment confirmations during this timeframe.

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the best Company Store experience possible, we will be updating the Bright Sites system starting Thursday, July 6th, at 10:00 p.m. MTN. Please allow up to four hours of downtime to complete the following improvements to the Bright Sites system:

  • Added Authorize.Net authorization number to orders, reports, and API
  • Performance Updates
  • Various Bug Fixes

Holiday Hours - Memorial Day 2017

Dear Bright Sites Customers, 

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the best Company Store experience possible, we will be adding new features and updating the Bright Sites system starting Thursday, April 27th, at 10:00 p.m. MTN. Please allow up to four hours of downtime to complete these updates.

New features and major updates to Bright Sites will include:

  • Catalog 2.0: Advanced Catalog Functionality
    • Use supplier catalogs with your own category structure.
  • IP Address Restrictions
    • Restrict access to your store via IP address.
  • *Request for Sample
    • Allow shoppers to request a product sample from the storefront.

Minor updates to Bright Sites will include:

  • UPS SurePost support added to UPS shipping integration.
  • Added date and time to User and Product API's.
  • Virtual logo box is no longer restricted by aspect ratio.
  • Improved support for countries without states/provinces in the address.

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the best Company Store experience possible, we will be adding new features and updating the Bright Sites system starting Wednesday, March 29th at 10:00 p.m. MTN. Please allow up to four hours of downtime to complete these updates.

New features and major updates to Bright Sites will include:

  • Simple Tax Rate System - Based on US zip codes.
  • Split Shipping from Admin Area - Ability to add shipping information to individual items post order. 
  • Updates to editing and managing Gift Certificates and Coupons.

Minor updates to Bright Sites will include:

  • ShipStation updated to pass notes information.
  • Updates to credit card gateway code to support new Mastercard BIN range.
  • Various bug fixes and improvements.
