Please note, you may need to reach out to your client to see if their procurement system or integration requires a copy of the certificate. BrightStores does not have this information nor are we able to look it up on your behalf.

As your Company Store provider, it is our mission to make sure your stores run on the best platform in the Promotional Products Industry which is why we are excited to announce that we'll be moving our legacy system (Co-Store) to the Google Cloud Platform. We have decided to make this move to ensure that we are not only meeting today's end-user demands but are improving reliability, security, scalability, and up-time for future growth. Moving to Google Cloud Platform will bring the following benefits:

Security & Compliance
Google Cloud Platform features a multi-layered secure infrastructure which means your data and your client's data is protected 24/7/365.

On-Demand Scalability
We can leverage Google Cloud's on-demand scalability to meet the fast growing needs of eCommerce and all online ordering.

Reliable High Performance Infrastructure
Google data centers are the most reliable and secure data centers in the world.

We will begin this move on Sunday, December 16th at 10:00 p.m. MTN. Please expect up to four hours of downtime. There will be some changes that might affect how your stores operate:

Custom Domain Stores & New IP Address Change
Our system's IP Address is changing. If you or your client has a need to whitelist the IP, please reach out to our Support Team at support@brightstores.com.

System Generated Emails
Along with moving data centers, we are also partnering with SendGrid to improve the deliverability of system generated emails such as order and shipping confirmations. You shouldn't notice any changes, but if you need to white-list the new email server, please let us know.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best Company Store experience possible. As part of that continued effort, we will be updating the Bright Sites system Tuesday, November 27th at 10:00 p.m. MTN. Expect up to four hours of downtime as we add the following new features and complete updates:

New Email Functionality

  • Updated design for User Confirmation Email 
  • Updated design for Password Reset Email
  • Added new store Welcome Email for users created with a password
  • Added ability for Welcome Email and Confirmation Emails to be sent with user upload 
  • New options for emails and email subject lines 

Improved GDPR Support

Miscellaneous Updates & Bug Fixes

  • Added PO Number to ASI Integration when order was created via punchout
  • Updated MOAS messaging for resent MOAS confirmation emails
  • Various performance updates
  • Various security updates
  • Various bug fixes and improvements

[Thanksgiving] Office Closed Thursday & Friday

Our office is closing at 2 PM MTN time today, so everyone can travel to see family and friends for Thanksgiving. We will remain closed throughout the holiday but will be back to our regular hours on Monday, November 26th.
