Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 24th and 25th, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be back to regular hours on Monday, November  28th.

Bright Sites System Updates October 18th at 10:00pm Mountain

Dear Bright Sites Customers, 

We will be adding new features and completing updates to the Bright Sites system. To complete these updates, we have scheduled a system downtime of approximately 4 hours, starting Tuesday, October 18th at 10:00 p.m. MTN. We plan to be up and running shortly thereafter. 

The latest round of new features and updates will include:

  • Change Password Requirement: From 30 days to 90 days for admin accounts.
  • Change Password Page: Updated for ease of use.
  • Inventory Report: Added column for inventory trigger.
    New Video Tutorials: Added to Support Suite.  
  • Various API updates 
  • Various bug fixes and improvements

Labor Day Holiday Weekend Hours

Bright Sites System Maintenance Scheduled July 20th at 10:00pm MDT

Dear Bright Sites Customers, 

We will be adding new features and completing updates to the Bright Sites system. To complete these updates, we have scheduled a system downtime of approximately 4 hours, starting TONIGHT, July 20th at 10:00 p.m. MDT. We plan to be up and running shortly thereafter. 

The latest round of new features and updates will include:

  • ASI Smartbooks Export: Easily export order information from Bright Sites for import into ASI Smartbooks. 
  • Live Support Chat: Chat with a member of our support team directly from the administrative area of Bright Sites.  
  • Themes Update: Added order history pagination for users with large amounts of orders (requires new theme or update to existing theme). 
  • New Tutorial Videos: Bright Sites training videos added.
  • Various bug fixes and improvements
