New Years Holiday Hours

Dear BrightStores Customers,

We will be closing our office today at 3:00 MTN to start celebrating the new year! As a friendly reminder, we will be closed all day on Monday, January 2nd. We will be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, January 3rd.

BrightStores Holiday Hours

Dear BrightStores Customers,

Our office will be closed at 2:00pm MTN on Friday, December 23rd and all day Monday, December 26th in observance of the Christmas holiday. We will be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, December 27th.

We will also be closed all day on Monday, January 2nd.

Bright Sites System Maintenance 10pm MST December 21st

Dear Bright Sites Customers, 

We will be completing several updates to the Bright Sites system starting Tomorrow, December 21st at 10:00 p.m. MTN. During this time, we have scheduled a system downtime of approximately four hours, we plan to be up and running shortly thereafter. 

The latest round of updates will include:

  • Adjustments to the real-time tax system
  • Various bug fixes and improvements

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 24th and 25th, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be back to regular hours on Monday, November  28th.

Bright Sites System Updates October 18th at 10:00pm Mountain

Dear Bright Sites Customers, 

We will be adding new features and completing updates to the Bright Sites system. To complete these updates, we have scheduled a system downtime of approximately 4 hours, starting Tuesday, October 18th at 10:00 p.m. MTN. We plan to be up and running shortly thereafter. 

The latest round of new features and updates will include:

  • Change Password Requirement: From 30 days to 90 days for admin accounts.
  • Change Password Page: Updated for ease of use.
  • Inventory Report: Added column for inventory trigger.
    New Video Tutorials: Added to Support Suite.  
  • Various API updates 
  • Various bug fixes and improvements
